Crispy Cauliflower in Sweet Chili Sauce
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower: 400 g. (florets)
- All purpose flour: 3 tbsp.
- Corn starch: 3 tbsp.
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp.
- Smoked paprika: 1 tsp.
- Sea salt: 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Water: 90-100 ml.
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Green onions (for serving)
- Sesame seeds (for serving)
For the sauce:
- Melted butter: 30 g.
- Sweet chili sauce: 2 tbsp.
- Sriracha: 1-2 tsp.
Instructions:
- Separate the cauliflower into florets. In a deep bowl, mix the flour, corn starch, spices and water, until you get a smooth consistency.
- Add the cauliflower to the bowl, mix well, then add the panko breadcrumbs and mix again.
- Spray with oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees (400 F), stirring twice during baking.
- For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and pour over the cauliflower, mix well.
- Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
