Easy Noodle Salad

The dish takes no time to make - and is full of flavor!




You will need:

- 250 g egg noodles

- 1/4 purple scallion

- 200 g carrots, grated

- 150 g edamame beans

- 2 spring onions

- 1 handful of peanuts

- Possibly. chili sauce

- Possibly. fresh coriander



Soy Marinade:

- 1 clove garlic, grated

- 1 tbsp. ginger, grated

- 1-2 limes, juice

- 1/2-1 dl soy (you can always add more)

- 2 tbsp. sesame, toasted

- Possibly. 1 tsp. fish sauce (if you're into it)
