Extra Fudgy Jumbo Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Recipe:

Ingredients (10 cookies):

- 3 cups of All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 300 g butter
- 200 cups brown sugar
- 100 g white sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (or chips)

Instructions:

- Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients mixture (flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda) to the other bowl and stir until just combined.
- Add the chocolate and mix until combined. If you feel there is not enough chocolate, add more.
- At this point you can either bake your dough or freeze it (I recommend freezing it for 30 minutes). Before freezing, scoop very large balls of dough and place them apart on a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Bake for 9-11 minutes. It’s fine if the cookies are still soft when you take them out of the oven.
- Let them cool for 15 minutes before serving!
* Optional: add salt flakes on top

Enjoy!
