Korean Pancakes

Recipe for 14 mini pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 pointed cabbage
- 2 red onions



Dough:
- 230 g wheat flour
- 350 ml water
- 2 tbsp starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black sesame



Garnish:
- Soy sauce



Preparation:
1. Cut vegetables into thin strips
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough together, fold in the vegetables and sesame seeds
3. Fry in batches in a little oil on both sides until golden brown
4. Enjoy with soy sauce
