Mashed Potatoes and Corn Balls with Cheeses

Ingredients for 30 balls:

- 2 potatoes (cook and mash into puree)

- A package of canned corn (335 g after filtering)

- 2 crushed garlic cloves

- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese

- 200 grams of grated yellow cheese

- 55 grams Bulgarian

- 2 eggs

- Teaspoon of salt

- 3/4 cup flour (105 grams)

For coating: panko crumbs + sesame + oil for frying

 


Method of preparation:

- Peel the potatoes, cut them and cook them in water with a little salt until soft.

- Then mash the potatoes into mashed potatoes,

- and mix with all the ingredients except the flour.

- After mixing, add the flour and mix to combine.

- With slightly wet hands form balls,

- and dip in panko and sesame crumb mixture for coating.

- Heat oil, and only when it is hot enough,

- Fry the balls until golden on all sides.

- transfer to a frying pan to preserve the crispies,
