Smash Burger

The quickest dinner that will make you feel like you just transported to a homey diner aka smash burgers.



Recipe:

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- Salt & pepper
- White onion
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Cheddar cheese

- Brioche buns



Burger sauce:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 pickle (grated)
- 1 tbsp Pickle juice
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1/8 tsp black pepper
