Stuffed Potato Balls

Recipe for 9 balls

Potato mass:
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 50 g soy granules
- 50g oat flakes
- 50g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
- oil for frying



Filling:
- 150 g vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped




Preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes and carrots finely and squeeze out the potatoes
2. Soak soy granules in hot water and pour off
3. Mix and squeeze all the ingredients for the potato mass strongly and let it rest for 10 min
4. Mix vegan cream cheese with chives
5. Form the dough into 55 g balls and fill with cream cheese
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides
