Teriyaki Chicken Served Over Fluffy Rice with Perfectly Crunchy Fresh Vegetables

The ultimate week night meal has to be this teriyaki chicken served over fluffy rice with perfectly crunchy fresh vegetables.



Recipe:
- Chicken Thighs (bone-in/skin-on)
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Minced/chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- *add 4-5 tbsp of marinade to the chicken thighs before adding honey*
- 3 tbsp Honey
- Salt & black pepper (to taste/optional)



Starch slurry:
- 1 tsp arrowroot starch + 1 tbsp water



Other ingredients:
- Jasmine rice
- Broccoli
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds



Airfry chicken at 390-400 for 12 minutes, flip and airfry for an additional 12-15 minutes*
