Chocolate Challah French Toast

Chocolate Challah French Toast - the ultimate way to use your challah leftovers.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of challah bread
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 50 g dark chocolate
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 25 g unslated butter
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar


- topping: berries

Instructions:
- Whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon powder until combined.
- Dip the bread slices in the mixture.
- On a medium-high heat fry the bread until golden-brown.
- Once both slices are ready, place one slice back in the pan, add chocolate and place the other slice on top, and fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add powdered sugar.
- Serve with maple syrup and berries.
