Chocolate Covered Coconut Banana Balls

Your coffee will thank you for that

Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 3 tbsp. Coconut cream
- 100 roasted desiccated coconut
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
- 1tbsp. Coca powder (optional)


Instructions:
1. In a medium size bowl mix the bananas, desiccated coconut and cream until combined.
2. Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
3. Make mini size balls and place them on a baking sheet, then place it in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. Just before your take out the balls from the fridge, melt the chocolate and mix it with coconut oil.
5. Dip the balls into the chocolate until it all covered and place it back into the baking sheet. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
6. Add cocoa powder on top and serve.
