Spicy Garlic Cacio e Pepe with Fresh Greens

This is basically some version of a cacio e pepe, jazzed up with a little extra garlic, spice and some fresh greens- perfect for a dinner that feels well rounded and delicious

Recipe: 
- 6 Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 whole lemon juice
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt & pepper
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
- *sear then bake/airfry at 400 for 15-25 minutes*

- 1 bunch rapini/broccoli/spinach (greens of your choice)
- *Blanch in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes*


- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 pk spaghetti
- 2-3 tbsp butter


- 1 & 1/4 cup pecorino romano
- 3/4 cup pasta water (add 1/4 cup more to thin)
